Paula E. Peinovich is Vice President for Academic Affairs of Regents College (Albany), the first institution in the United States to award undergraduate degrees exclusively from a distance learning basis and using an outcomes assessment model. Her experience includes a variety of approaches to delivering education to adults, from developing an adult-oriented branch campus from the ground-up, to providing educational programs solely at a distance, and a variety of approaches to assessing the adult learning that is gained experientially. In her presentation, she will focus on the changes in distance education and how those changes affect the accreditation process, academic integrity and the library.

This program will be of special interest to anyone who teaches, or provides academic support for distance education courses.
