John Blyberg : Abstract

Library 2.0 describes a new kind of library.  Spun from the methods and practices behind Web 2.0, many libraries are embracing a more collaborative, experience-based service model that meets the users where they are.  This talk will explore the characteristics of Library 2.0 and provide some examples of what libraries are doing to become more "2.0" and what you can too.
